ORDER REQUEST CONDITION
1. Through the order request process an order request identified by a unique order request number is sent to N.P.C. New Production Concept S.r.l. ; The order request does not consists in an order confirmation and does not in any way bind N.P.C. New Production Concept S.r.l. to any legal obligation (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise).
1.1. In the event that the order request has as its object a product different from the standard configuration shown on the site, the user must forward the completed Option Sheet to info@npcspacemind.com. The order request can be inserted even if a product with a configuration different from the standard is required, as long as this is made explicit in the text box available for communications and/or questions available in the order confirmation page. N.P.C. New Production Concept S.r.l. will therefore contact the user at the email address indicated to request the completion of the option sheet. The completion of the option sheet, or any request for change made by the user will automatically made invalid the price reported on the website and in the order request; a new quotation will be sent to the email address provided by N.P.C. New Production Concept S.r.l. once the option sheet will be approved.
2. N.P.C. New Production Concept S.r.l. will process the order request verifing the data provided by the user in order to verify compliance with legal and fiscal national obligations to which N.P.C. New Production Concept S.r.l. is subject. No order is confirmed until an Order Confirmation is sent by NPC to email address provided reporting the conditions of sale and payment. NPC reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to cancel or not approve any order request received that is not considered to be compliant.
